SplitStat operates the SplitStat Discord Bot & all content at https://awexxx.xyz/splitstatbot. SplitStat will never ask for any personal information unless we so need it to provide the Service.
SplitStat will only log/retain data that may be collected from you adding the bot to the server, along specific info regarding your stats. This includes but is not limited to;
Guild IDs
Timestamps of join/leave
Guild Owner usernames and discriminators
Certain Game Stat Data served by Tracker Network's Application Programming Interface (API)
Game Data/Usernames is/are not permanently stored and/or logged in any place other than the Discord channel you request it in, it is only cached for 15 minutes and then discarded to make your user experience better.
Game Data/Usernames that is/are temporarily stored includes but is not limited to:
Various Player Stats (K/D, wins, losses, etc)
Recent Match Data/IDs
Various Splitgate/Tracker Network Profile Data
This data is only cached once you call for it.
If you run into an error, SplitStat may generate a "case ID" and assign it to your username and disclose it with the Developer. All of this is private and is never shared with the public.
This policy only affects SplitStat. SplitStat may link to external sources that have different terms & privacy notices, and SplitStat does not have control over these sites/what they do with your information.
Also keep in mind that this Privacy Policy can change at any moment, and we will notify you when we do change the policy. If you so choose, you can remove the bot from your server and opt out of all of these privacy terms and conditions.
